Store A: from first sale to $100K+ months in one year
Starting point: a new Amazon US store, with no reviews, no sales history and no ad data. The first sale came in September 2025 (one unit, $35), and the full launch in October 2025.
What we did
- Researched the products and set up the brand
- Built listings for 9 product lines and 350+ variations
- Set up a structured ad account
- Managed search terms, bids and budgets every week
Results
- $670.3K in sales in the first 12 months (October 2025 – September 2026)
- Best month of the first year: $110.9K (August 2026), then $103.3K in September, when some items ran out of stock
- October 1–29, 2026: $112,833.07, already more than any full month before
- That is 3.2x the sales of the same days a year earlier ($34,975.70), and 3.7x the units (4,852 against 1,308)
- Monthly ACoS fell from 60.7% to 29.3% in the first year, and was 28.8% in October 2026
- TACoS fell from 45.2% to 19.6% in October 2026
Oct 1–29, 2026 is striped: the month was still running when these numbers were taken.
ACoS is ad spend ÷ ad sales. TACoS is ad spend ÷ all sales. Oct 1–29, 2026 is striped: the month was still running when these numbers were taken.

Why private label beats dropshipping
Dropshipping without proper documents, authorized products and an authorized supply channel breaks marketplace rules and puts the account at risk, so we don’t offer it. A private label brand is yours: you set the price, reviews and rank build up over time, and the brand can be sold later.
How we work
- Audit: review your store, products and numbers
- Product & brand: research, sourcing, brand setup and Brand Registry
- Build: listings, variation families and a structured ad account
- Optimize: search terms, bids, budgets and reporting
- Scale: grow the winners, add products, plan stock for peaks
The same brand can also sell on Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy and Shopify.
